Submitted photos are used only to create your custom coloring pages.

Photo uploads are handled through a secure, private Dropbox link created for your order.

Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

The Mindful Shops does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

All purchases and photo submissions must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By submitting photos or information, you confirm that you have the legal right to do so and that any child depicted is included with appropriate parental consent.

If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without verified parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

A Dropbox account is not required. Files are accessed only by our design team and stored temporarily for order fulfillment.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or by platform policies.

Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to complete your order, provide support, or meet legal requirements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us.
